Our volunteers are the heartbeat of GHIRL Network. From event facilitation to administrative support, content creation to logistics coordination — your time creates direct impact in the lives of girls.

We have volunteer opportunities in both Nigeria and Canada, as well as remote opportunities for our global supporters.

Become a Mentor

Representation matters deeply. When a girl sees a woman who looks like her — who came from where she's coming from — and is thriving, it rewrites what she believes is possible for herself.

Our mentors commit to 3–6 months of guided engagement through structured sessions, virtual check-ins, and our Vision & Future module activities.

  • Share your story and professional path
  • Guide girls through career exploration and goal-setting
  • Participate in quarterly cohort sessions
  • Be a consistent, trustworthy presence in a girl's life
